19 Week Bump Date

How far along? 19 weeks
Total weight gain: Oh My... Another 2 lbs. so a total of 6 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Officially in all maternity clothes and still using my pre-pregnancy shirts and some shorts to lounge around the house. Yoga pants have been my best friend and have been so comfortable.
Stretch marks? Still the same ones as before. I have noticed 1 little purple marking on my right side and I want to say it's a stretch mark. Oh wait... and on my left thigh I have a couple of the exact same purple markings.
Sleep: I find myself taking forever to fall asleep. Once I am asleep I don't get up. I do wake up in the middle of the night when Ryan starts talking in his sleep so I guess you can say I have been a light sleeper, but other than that I sleep pretty well.
Best moment this week: Seeing Caleb at our 19 week Anatomy Scan. He was so cute with his legs so stretched out and we also were able to get a 4d ultrasound.
Miss Anything? Not really!
Movement: Tons of movement. I just love feeling his little kicks. Ryan put his ear on my tummy and baby boy started kicking him.
Food cravings: Dairy Queen strawberry sundae
Anything making you queasy or sick: As of now nausea has disappeared and lets hope it doesn't return.
Gender: IT'S A BOY!!
Labor Signs:  No labor signs for a long while
Symptoms: Getting some mild cramping, but my OBGYN stated that it still is probably round ligament pain and if it gets worse to go into the hospital.
Belly Button in or out? It is slowly turning into an outtie!!
Engagement Ring on or off?  It's still on!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!! Ryan and I keep talking about Caleb and the future and it scares me after everything we have been through and I don't want to loose him but I couldn't be happier to have this little boy growing inside.
Looking forward to:
Making some crafts for his room soon. I want to sew his crib set but I'm still debating. (I'm a little nervous to take on a big project like that with my beginners knowledge of sewing). I'm also looking forward to shop for more clothes for him. We haven't purchased as much as we did with Isabella and I think a lot of it has to do with our fears.
Thoughts:

I know this journey is going to be nerve wrecking and scary, but we are taking it one day at a time. I can't help myself but be so scared and think the worse. I just don't want anything to happen to our baby boy. I know the doctors are caring for us the best way he can and I hope when I reach 34 weeks they will understand my fear and monitor us.

Caleb, you mean the world to your daddy and I. I can't wait to hold you in our arms and hear you cry for the very first time when you take your first breath into this world. I'm counting down the days till we meet you sweet baby boy. Mommy and Daddy love you with all our heart and you sister Isabella is watching over you.

18 Week Bump Date

Excuse the pj's!! :)

How far along? 18 weeks 6 days
Total weight gain: Oh My... Another 2 lbs. so a total of 6 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Officially in all maternity clothes! I still use my pre-pregnancy shirts though.
Stretch marks? Still the same ones from before on my girls! I have seen some red marks on my stomach and freak out, but they are not stretch marks.
Sleep: I have been sleeping pretty good. I haven't woken up in the middle of the night this week, but I have to admit I have been bad about drinking a lot of water. I drink juice or lemonade and know I should drink more than I currently am.
Best moment this week: Feeling Baby Peanut's flutters and starting to feel some very small movement.
Miss Anything? Not really!
Movement: Yes!! I have been feeling delicate, soft flutters in one spot and have seen my shirt move while at work in one area. I'm pretty sure it was Peanut.
Food cravings: Seafood (fish, shrimp), and OMG.....Cotton Candy grapes!! (If you haven't tried these, hurry run out to HEB, Sprouts, or Whole Foods and you will thank me later!!)
Anything making you queasy or sick: I haven't pinned pointed exactly what makes me queasy but I have been getting sick every now and then. I have a feeling morning sickness might stay for the 2nd trimester.
Gender: IT'S A BOY!!
Labor Signs:  No labor signs for a long while
Symptoms: Still having round ligament pains every now and then; nausea
Belly Button in or out? Still an innie (But I have to say, it looks like it is starting to turn out slowly).
Engagement Ring on or off?  It's still on!!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!! I'm getting excited to go home for my baby shower next month and start doing some craft projects for his room as well as the baby shower.
Looking forward to:
Having my 20 Week Anatomy Scan!! I'm so excited to see how much he has grown since my 13 week visit. I'm also looking forward to doing some craft projects with Ryan and hopefully also sew some more blankets and burp cloths.
Thoughts:

This little guy growing inside me means the world too me and his daddy!! We can't wait to meet him. I am so worried about getting to 34 weeks since that is when I lost Isabella. I will make sure my OBGYN and my MFM doctor know my concerns. I want them to heavily monitor me when I get to 34 weeks, and I'm sure my OBYGN will understand my concern and send me in to get monitored or tell me to just take a maternity leave early.

Thoughts:

This little boy has my heart just like his sister Isabella does. He means the world to me and I pray that everything goes well. I have my days when I fear of the worse but I'm sure that is normal for parents in our situation. I have a ton of questions for the doctors. I just want everything to go great with this pregnancy and I'm so scared to think ahead. I'm scared if I think ahead, my heart will get hurt again and I can't stand to think of the worse. I pray our little Peanut is healthy and in my arms February 2014. Ryan has been so great with reassuring me that everything will be alright and he is growing healthy and we have to trust the doctors since they know what to look for this time around.

Peanut's Name Reveal

When we started this blog/VLOG journey we knew we wanted to make a special name announcement video. We wanted a strong name for him, that also had some meaning in our journey that we are currently in. I searched every website, listened to names in church from the bible, and had a list of different names to go over with Ryan. Every name that I mentioned to him just didn't seem to sit well with him. Ryan and I decided that we wanted our baby boy to have his daddy's middle name. When I came across the name Caleb, I knew that was it.

Meaning of Caleb: Faith, devotion, whole hearted.
I loved everything this name meant. He is our faith. After everything we have been through, he is what have and look forward to. God had given us this little miracle and we will cherish each and every day we have with him and count on our faith, and hope to get

Meaning of Ryan: King
He is our little King!

We recored a special VLOG announcing his name.
Check it out now!!

I try and be brave and not show my fear my I am scared. I just do not want Ryan or myself to face another tragic heartbreak. I am so excited to be blessed with my little miracle, and I'm thankful that we are given a second chance. I am taking care of myself the best I can and using my doppler on the days I feel worried. I know he is doing great and can not wait to meet our sweet Rainbow Baby!

Have you heard of Cotton Candy grapes? Go check out your local grocery store and tell me what you think!!
